Walk-In Shower Installation in Jacksonville, FL
Safe, low-maintenance walk-in showers, installed by our own certified crews
A walk-in shower removes the step. That matters if getting over a tub wall has started to feel like a risk, and it matters before that, because the best time to put one in is while it is still a preference rather than a necessity.

Our Walk In Shower Installation Services
Most people think about the step and stop there. Grab bars mounted into blocking rather than drywall anchors, a built-in bench or fold-down seat, slip-resistant flooring rated for wet use, a handheld head on a slide bar, controls you can reach from outside the spray, and lever handles instead of round knobs. Specify these at install even if nobody needs them yet, because adding blocking behind a finished wall later means opening the wall again.

Custom Walk-In Shower Installation
Built to your bathroom's measurements, not to a catalogue size. Frameless glass, a bench and a level entry is what a high-end shower looks like anyway.

Tub-to-Walk-In Shower Conversion
The most common conversion we do. The tub comes out and a walk-in shower goes in the same footprint, usually in a single day.

Walk-In Shower Replacement
Replacing an existing walk-in that has aged out. Same footprint, new pan, new walls, new glass.

Frameless Glass Shower Installation
Clear glass and minimal hardware, so the room reads as a design choice rather than a medical one. That is the point.

Low-Threshold & Barrier-Free Showers
A couple of inches of curb, or none at all. We will tell you which one your floor structure can take before you commit.

Shower Fixture Upgrades
Handheld heads on slide bars, lever handles instead of round knobs, and controls placed where you can reach them before stepping into the spray.

We are so appreciative for the craftsmanship, knowledge in their field and care they put into all of the details during our Master Bath remodel. They were hard working, punctual, respectful and caring. They were a joy to have working in our home. The camaraderie between Chris and Christian on the job site was fun to listen to. We fired the 1st company hired to do our remodeling due to lack of craftsmanship and communication on the 1st shower. Frontline did not disappoint, Christian would usually respond to a text within minutes. These 2 came to bid the job, and arrived to do the work. So rare these days to not have a 3rd party coming into your home blind and oblivious to your needs and wants. Thank you guys, much success on all of your endeavors. We will pass your name and number to anyone interested in bath remodels❗️❗️Posted on Google![]()

We recently completed a bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results. The workmanship was excellent, the materials were high quality, and every detail was handled with care. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home throughout the process. The project was completed on time, and the finished bathroom looks beautiful, modern, and functional. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.Posted on Google![]()

Frontline Home Interiors is the definition of craftsmanship, integrity, and dedication. From the very beginning, it was clear that this isn’t just a job to them, it’s a standard they take personal pride in upholding. What impressed me most was their work ethic. Every detail mattered. They didn’t rush. They didn’t cut corners. They approached the project with a level of care and precision that you rarely see anymore. You could tell they genuinely care about the outcome, not just finishing the job. If something wasn’t perfect, they fixed it without hesitation. If there was a way to improve something, they did it even when it required extra time and effort. Their dedication shows in the small things: the clean lines, the flawless finishes, the way everything is aligned and balanced. They treated my home like it was their own. The pride they take in their work is obvious, and that pride translates directly into quality. Communication was consistent and honest throughout the process. They were transparent about timelines, respectful of my space, and committed to making sure I was completely satisfied before considering the project complete. That level of accountability is rare. Frontline Home Interiors doesn’t just deliver results they deliver excellence through discipline, precision, and genuine care for their craft. If you want a company that stands behind their work and puts their name on it with pride, this is the team you call.Posted on Google![]()

We first found Chris on Thumbtack and So Glad we did as we bought a condo in Hilton Head and it needed HELP. CHRIS WAS THE MAN FOR THE JOB as he and team worked tirelessly to transform a 1.5 jack and Jill bathroom set into 2 full bathrooms complete with tile. He was great as he fit us in when other jobs he was working on had delays and also worked many weekends. We also utilized his skills to help build out a closet in another part of the condo. Mind you he did this while just meeting us on the phone while he was in HH and we were out of state. He also played well with other as we needed our electrician to assist with some old incorrect wiring. Just can’t recommend him enough (although my wife feels like she is a better painter) that said she is a great painter. Altogether he was on time on budget and super flexible. We love him and fully recommend him and his team!!!!Posted on Google![]()

Our Recent Walk In Shower Installation Project

Why Families Trust Us for Walk In Shower Installation
Our own certified installers do the work, start to finish. We never subcontract. Your materials are ordered and on site before anything gets torn out, which is how most walk-in shower installs finish in a single day.
One-Day Walk-In Shower
A low-threshold walk-in shower in the existing footprint is usually a one-day install. A fully curbless conversion takes longer because the floor has to be reworked, and we tell you which yours is at the consultation.

Locally Owned & Operated
We serve Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palm Coast and the surrounding North Florida communities, and we know the housing stock here.

Durable, Low-Maintenance Materials
Fewer seams and no grout lines mean less scrubbing and fewer places for mold to establish. In this climate that is practical, not a marketing line.

Clean & Professional Installation Team
Our crews arrive on time, protect the rest of your home, and haul away the old shower or tub when they leave.
Walk-In Shower FAQs
Are walk-in showers a good idea for seniors?
Yes, and the reason is specific: stepping over a tub wall on a wet surface is one of the most common ways older adults fall at home. A low-threshold or curbless shower removes that movement. Pair it with grab bars mounted into blocking, a seat, and slip-resistant flooring.
What is the difference between a walk-in shower and a curbless shower?
A walk-in shower has a low curb, usually a couple of inches. A curbless or barrier-free shower has none, with the floor running level into the shower. Curbless is better for wheelchair or walker access and is a larger job because the floor slope and drain have to be built for it.
How much does a walk-in shower cost?
It depends on size, material, whether it is low-threshold or fully curbless, and what is behind the existing wall. You get a fixed written price at the consultation.
Can you install a walk-in shower in one day?
A low-threshold walk-in shower in the existing footprint is usually a one-day install. A fully curbless conversion often takes longer because the floor has to be reworked.
Can a walk-in shower go where my tub is now?
Usually yes, and it is one of the most common conversions we do. See tub-to-shower conversions.
Will grab bars make my bathroom look like a hospital?
Not anymore. Current grab bars come in the same finishes as your other fixtures, and some double as towel bars or shelves. The bar is only obvious if you choose the institutional white one.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, two. First responders and military get 10% off, with no expiry date. And there is $300 off any job over $5,000. Tell us at the consultation and we will apply it to your written price.
