Planned Communities With Bathrooms Ready for Their Second Life

World Golf Village sits off International Golf Parkway in St Johns County, a set of planned neighborhoods built around the golf courses and connected to the interstate. The neighborhoods were built out in phases, and the plans tend to include generous primary suites.

Those primary suites are where most of the work happens. The standard specification pairs a garden tub with a small separate shower, and in practice the tub often goes unused while the shower is too tight to be comfortable. Combining the two into a single large walk-in shower uses the same footprint far better. Secondary baths usually need surfaces rather than layout changes. For the complete scope, see bathroom remodeling across Jacksonville.

We serve World Golf Village and the surrounding International Golf Parkway communities. We also cover St Augustine, St Johns and Elkton. Wherever you are, you get a written quote for your specific bathroom and the scope you approve.

What We Install in World Golf Village Bathrooms

We handle tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers and bathtub replacement, through to complete bathroom remodels. Combining a garden tub and a cramped shower into one walk-in shower is the change that usually makes the biggest difference here.

Remodeling a bathroom in World Golf Village

Water supply in World Golf Village

World Golf Village sits inside the St. Johns County Utility Department service area. Treated public water means grout and glass are not fighting hardness or iron the way they do on a well, so the choice between tile and a panel system in World Golf Village comes down to look, budget and how much routine cleaning you are prepared to do.

What the houses are like

Most housing in World Golf Village is recent and slab-built, which means the bathroom you have is broadly the bathroom the builder specified. What tends to date first is the bathing area and the extraction, and both are contained jobs that do not require the drain to move.

Where we would start

Grab bar backing while the wall is open costs almost nothing now and is a real job later. You do not have to install bars to want the blocking there.

Access and scheduling

Because World Golf Village is largely planned community, there is usually an association with something to say about access, hours or debris. We sort that out before materials are ordered.

Permits

We handle the permit conversation up front. In St. Johns County plumbing work generally requires one, and the requirement for your specific World Golf Village address is worth confirming with the St. Johns County building department before anything is scheduled.

Shining Feedback from Our Valued Customers

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so appreciative for the craftsmanship, knowledge in their field and care they put into all of the details during our Master Bath remodel. They were hard working, punctual, respectful and caring. They were a joy to have working in our home. The camaraderie between Chris and Christian on the job site was fun to listen to. We fired the 1st company hired to do our remodeling due to lack of craftsmanship and communication on the 1st shower. Frontline did not disappoint, Christian would usually respond to a text within minutes. These 2 came to bid the job, and arrived to do the work. So rare these days to not have a 3rd party coming into your home blind and oblivious to your needs and wants. Thank you guys, much success on all of your endeavors. We will pass your name and number to anyone interested in bath remodels❗️❗️

The workmanship was excellent, the materials were high quality, and every detail was handled with care. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home throughout the process. The project was completed on time, and the finished bathroom looks beautiful, modern, and functional. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Frontline Home Interiors is the definition of craftsmanship, integrity, and dedication. From the very beginning, it was clear that this isn’t just a job to them, it’s a standard they take personal pride in upholding. What impressed me most was their work ethic. Every detail mattered. They didn’t rush. They didn’t cut corners. They approached the project with a level of care and precision that you rarely see anymore. You could tell they genuinely care about the outcome, not just finishing the job. If something wasn’t perfect, they fixed it without hesitation. If there was a way to improve something, they did it even when it required extra time and effort. Their dedication shows in the small things: the clean lines, the flawless finishes, the way everything is aligned and balanced. They treated my home like it was their own. The pride they take in their work is obvious, and that pride translates directly into quality. Communication was consistent and honest throughout the process. They were transparent about timelines, respectful of my space, and committed to making sure I was completely satisfied before considering the project complete. That level of accountability is rare. Frontline Home Interiors doesn’t just deliver results they deliver excellence through discipline, precision, and genuine care for their craft. If you want a company that stands behind their work and puts their name on it with pride, this is the team you call.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We first found Chris on Thumbtack and So Glad we did as we bought a condo in Hilton Head and it needed HELP. CHRIS WAS THE MAN FOR THE JOB as he and team worked tirelessly to transform a 1.5 jack and Jill bathroom set into 2 full bathrooms complete with tile. He was great as he fit us in when other jobs he was working on had delays and also worked many weekends. We also utilized his skills to help build out a closet in another part of the condo. Mind you he did this while just meeting us on the phone while he was in HH and we were out of state. He also played well with other as we needed our electrician to assist with some old incorrect wiring. Just can’t recommend him enough (although my wife feels like she is a better painter) that said she is a great painter. Altogether he was on time on budget and super flexible. We love him and fully recommend him and his team!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had to have a customer shower door installed due to the age of our home. Why World Golf Village Homeowners Choose Frontline

We do bathrooms and nothing else. That focus is why a primary suite conversion gets planned properly around the existing plumbing, and why the timeline is agreed before anything is torn out.

Frequently asked questions

Who pulls the permit for bathroom work in World Golf Village?

Ask any contractor this before you sign, and get the answer in writing. In St. Johns County, plumbing changes and relocations generally require a permit. We will tell you what your World Golf Village project needs, and you can confirm the requirement directly with the St. Johns County building department.

Can the bathroom layout be changed in a newer World Golf Village home?

Usually it can, but it is worth knowing the cost first. Most newer housing around World Golf Village is built on a concrete slab with drain lines beneath it, so moving a fixture means cutting the concrete, re-running the pipe and repairing the slab. Keeping fixtures on their existing connections has the fewest unknowns.

Do you replace just the shower, or the whole bathroom?

Both, and they are different projects. A shower or tub replacement changes the bathing area, with the floor, vanity, toilet and lighting staying. A full remodel covers the room. Comparing a quote for one against a quote for the other is where most confusion about price comes from.

Do you serve World Golf Village?

Yes. World Golf Village sits inside our St. Johns County service area, and we also work across St. Augustine, Nocatee, Fruit Cove and Ponte Vedra Beach. Bathroom remodeling is all we do, so the visit is a technical look at your room rather than a sales call.

Why use a bathrooms-only company?

Because the same problems come up constantly and we have seen them before. Bathroom remodeling is all we do, so the assessment tends to be a technical conversation about your room rather than a general sales visit.
